To make a reservation, please call (502) 5752-5528.
When you have got the confirmation of your room reservation, please pay
your room on our account no 194-000692-4 at Banco Industrial, receiver
Viola, S.A. Furthermore to make sure that your reservation is ok, you
have to call us and give us the number of the deposition slip, phone no
5752 5528. Without this we cannot keep your room.
Depositions are not refundable.

It is forbidden to smoke in the room
Throw the toilet paper in the waste-paper basket, not in the toilet
Use the towels only in the room
Note that we charge for lost towels or towels stained all over as well
for any destroyed or damaged accessory
Do not eat in the room or bring food into the room
It is forbidden to bring alcohol or drugs into our installations –
and drugs as well as arms are totally forbidden in the area of the hotel
Only registered guests can enter into the rooms
Always have a shower before you go into the pools
- and always use a bathing suite in the pools
Note that we do not take any responsibility for your car
Remember that there are guests in the other rooms too
These rules are for your comfort and security
Check in is at 2 p.m. and check out at 12 a.m.
